AJC Power solution’s most recent installation was for Northants Target Sports Club. A  Shooting Club for small bore rifle, pistol calibre rifles & Muzzle Loading pistols located in Northamptonshire. The club had a specific area with limited space to locate a new Generator, capable of powering all of the club’s needs. AJC Power Solutions are able to supply bespoke generators for Rail industry use. Generators will be built to customer’s specific requirements,  such as the Europower EP250XE with Sincro alternator. It has a bigger than standard two wheel kit to allow for ease of movement over tracks and rough terrain. The panel has an earth leakage breaker, hour counter and emergency stop. The12, 5 litre Inox tank, the frame and the handles will be in a highly visible yellow colour.  This generator also has 4 lifting handles for easy transportation.

AJC Power solutions have developed a compact power solution for Cabins and Catering trailers. As specialists in bespoke power solutions, AJC wanted to provide a compact generator which would require very little day to day maintenance. This has been achieved with a compact, Silent, Long running generator with built-in fuel tank.  It has a 3,5KVa Kubota diesel engine and has been designed with accessibility in mind. The inspection panels have quick release fasteners giving access for maintenance and servicing within seconds.  The AJC 3.5D will be available with cold start as standard, a remote controller providing optional auto start/stop, and fuel gauge and optional audible low fuel alarm. Our units are widely in use throughout the UK in numerous applications, but perhaps the most popular market has been the Cabin Power sector. An example of this would be the generators supplied to Rawley Plant Hire  for use in their own anti-vandal cabins.  As a specialist in the hire of Welfare facilities to the Construction and Events industries, the EPS73DE is perfect for their requirements, with a number of specified conversions: A remote start with 3m cable including a low fuel indicator light and audible alarm. The units also feature an extended running time of 23 hours and a change over switch providing the option for power to the cabin or power to 230v socket outlets for external power.

There can nothing more annoying than expecting to get into your welfare cabin for warmth and light only to find the batteries are flat. To overcome this problem for a client our bespoke service fitted Battery Voltage Monitors and oversized battery chargers. When the battery voltage dropped to a low level the generator started automatically and ran until the battery was fully recharged.
Fitting Frost-Stats ensured that the temperature within the cabin never fell as low as freezing. A self start generator automatically powers the internal heating to bring the cabin up to a pre-determined temperature and then switches off automatically. This simple addition prevents freezing of water supplies and associated pipe work during cold weather.
